We offer free returns service on eligible items for customers in the United States. Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 14 days of receipt of order for a refund or within 30 days of receipt of order for a store credit. Items must not have been worn, used, or damaged and must be in the original condition and packaging.
A Sustainable Solution
All you need to make a return or exchange at a Happy Returns Bar is your QR code and your unworn item in the original condition and packaging (for example any pouch, bag, or box. You do not need the original shipping carton). Your styles are then shipped back to our warehouses in reusable packaging provided by Happy Returns. A more sustainable process, from start to finish.
Prefer To Send Back Your Return By Mail?
Use the same link above to start your return process. After selecting the item(s) you would like to return, click "Next Step" to choose a return method. The screen will show Happy Returns Bars near you. Click "Show Other Options" to select "Box and Ship Items Using a Pre-Paid Label". You will need to download and print the label, box up your item(s) and drop off the package with the carrier noted on the label.
Mailed Returns, including "exchanges" dropped off at a Happy Returns location, will be processed 5-7 business days once we receive them back. This does not include transit time which may vary. Exchanges dropped off at Happy Returns may take longer to be received back to us. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return is processed. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the funds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them using the return label provided. As stated above, shipping charges are non-refundable and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible to be returned.
Change Your Mind About Your Return Method?
No problem. Once you initiate your return, you will receive an email from us with next steps. (Kindly note: Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the email). If you'd like to change your return method, simply click the box in the email that says "Change your selected return method" and select the return method of your choice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return service for return and store credit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and all customs/duty fees. These charges will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
